Lucille Ottle's Obituary
Lucille Ottle, 86, of Alliance, died on Thursday, December 05, 2002, at 9:45 a.m. at Community Care Center. Born in Alliance on March 30, 1916, she had lived in Alliance all her life and was a graduate of Alliance High School. She was a member of the Sisters, a widow's support group at the First United Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her daughter, Saundra E. Ottle of Alliance; a sister, Virginia Burky of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, Charles John Ottle on July 24, 1990, (they were married on June 12, 1937); her parents, Joseph and Versabella (Scilia) Mickan; three sisters, Versabella Strazi, Jennie Rakestraw, and Olga Domencetti; and a brother, George Mickan. Memorial services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Dean F. Lewis officiating. Burial will take place at Alliance City Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
