Loretta M. Wisse's Obituary
Loretta M. Wisse, 79, of Alliance, died on Monday, October 17, 2005, at 11:20 p.m. surrounded by her family. Born in Maximo on March 20, 1926, she had lived in the Alliance area all of her life. Loretta was a member of the Alliance Christian Center and had retired as a private duty nurse s aid. She is survived by four daughters, Christine Jones of North Canton, Charlene Henry of Alliance, Diana Charters of Pierpont, and Tina Adams of Alliance; three sons, Samuel Rupp of Alliance, William Berentz of Elkhart, IN, and Eugene Berentz of Cincinnati; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; five sisters, Viola Warner, Irene White, Mary Minor all of Alliance, Bernice Fernandez of Maximo, and Rita Hornsby of Alliance; three brothers, Kenneth Rupp of North Georgetown, Lawrence Rupp and Robert Rupp, both of Alliance; and many nieces and nephews. Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Wisse on January 1, 1981, they were married on December 27, 1957; her daughter, Debbie Wheeler; her parents, Lawrence and Lucille (Polus) Rupp; and three brothers, Leonard, Charles, and Frank Rupp. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, October 20, 2005, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and at the Alliance Christian Center on Friday, October 21, 2005, from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Dykshoorn officiating. Internment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
