I never met Linda or known her, but I saw her picture right there on the obituary page with my mom's who just passed and I said, Linda looks like a sweet lady. That said I wish the family my deepest condolences on the loss of your family member.
I met Linda at New Beginning church. To me she was the kitchen general. I also would see her at the hospital when I volunteered. She was a sweet friend. Condolences to the family.

From the moment she entered the alliance Church of the Nazarene she was my sister. There are so many memories and blessings that our father in heaven had allowed in our meeting to take place. The greatest of all to me, was her enduring love for our Lord, and for all of God‘s children. Her perseverance through the years that I was a witness, too, is the testimony of her life that I will carry with me always. Until we meet again.
I first met Linda as a Hospice volunteer at Community Care. When time allowed, we got to know one another.
Through conversations , I had learned she retired from the very place she came to volunteer for. Linda had a big heart for the residents, especially the ones who didn't know Jesus. When called, she didn't hesitate to come and sit with a frightened resident. Her presence came with a peace that always seemed to calm that person. Linda wanted to show others just how much Christ had change her from the inside out. She told me, Jesus had to work hard in her heart in order to be who and what she was called for. Knowing Linda has better my life. I will miss her friendship, her teasing, her infectious smile and most of all, her hugs! Heavens gain is our loss.
I will miss her wonderful hugs and tambourine playing during worship. She always shared her love for Jesus and leaves a special place in my heart.
