Linda M. Ayers' Obituary
Linda M. (Menendez) Ayers, 79, of Alliance, passed away following a long illness on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:05 am at Altercare of Alliance in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on January 5, 1945 in Washington County, Pennsylvania to Louis and Violet (Hasch) Menendez, she lived in Alliance since 1998.
Linda was previously employed at Mercy Medical Center and ManPower as a secretary.
Linda enjoyed cooking and baking.
Survivors include her husband, David Ayers; her daughter, Jeri Lynn Richard of Clinton; her son, James Shandor of Miami, FL; two grandchildren, Tony Wood, Jr. and Izabella Wood; two brothers, Richard Menendez of Stow and Dennis "Denny" (Patty) Menendez of Avon Lake; a sister, Claudia (Gary) Farren of Brunswick; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 pm with Rev. G. David Weikart officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
