Larry E. Croley's Obituary
Larry E. Croley, 57, of 2551 Lexington Ave., Salem, died on Tuesday, June 4, 2002, following an automobile accident. Born in Alliance, on May 14, 1945, he had lived most of his life in the Alliance area, moving to Salem twelve years ago and was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church in Salem and also attended the Alliance First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Sandra (Miller) Croley (they were married on September 4, 1965); one daughter, Tracie Hoffmaster of Great Falls, MT; two sons, Steve Croley and Greg Croley both of Alliance; nine grandchildren, Chris, Ashley B., Amanda, Brandon, Courtney, Kaelynn, Ashley M., Justin, & Nicholas; his mother, Sylvia Croley of Alliance; four sisters, Maxine Mcilvain of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, Melissa Simone of New Jersey, Karen Brandonisio of Homeworth, and Diane Greenamyer of Alliance; a brother, Dwight Croley of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his father, Lee Edward Croley. A Memorial Service will be held at the First Assembly of God Church on Monday, June 10, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Fred Schmidt, officiating. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
