Kimberly A. (Kiser) Barker's Obituary
Kimberly A. (Kiser) Barker, 42, of Alliance, went to be with the Lord after a six and a half year courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 6:07 a.m. surrounded by her family at her home. Born on December 17, 1965 in Missouri, she lived in Alliance all of her life. She was a 1984 graduate of Marlington High School, and attended the Alliance Freewill Baptist Church. Kimberly worked for the former Mobile Consultants. Miss Barker enjoyed spending time with her daughter Katie, her family and her Kentucky family. She is survived by her daughter, Katelyn Barker of the home; her parents, Jimmie and Bernice (Cooley) Kiser of Alliance; two sisters, Joanna (Mike) Middleton of Alliance and Dinna (David) Daniels of Alliance; a brother, Keith (Doris) Kiser of Alliance; and three nieces, four nephews and one great-nephew all of Alliance. Preceding her in death was a niece, Sarah Jo Kiser on August 10, 2005. The family will receive friends at Walton-Schrader Funeral Home on Sunday, January 27, 2008 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Walton-Schrader Funeral Home on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Jimmie Holbrook of the Alliance Freewill Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring.
