Kenny L. Mann Jr.'s Obituary
Kenny L. Mann Jr., 60, died Friday, January 16, 2004, at 4:35 pm. He was born on May 7, 1943 in Alliance to Kenny L. Sr. and Helen (Reindt) Mann, ; and lived in Alliance all his life. Mr. Mann was a member of the Alliance High School class of 1962, and enjoyed working with the class reunion committee for many years. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years. He was a member of the BPO Elks and was involved in the Northeastern Ohio Bicycle Dealers Association. For fifteen years he owned and operated Kenny's Cyclery in Salem. At the time of his death, he was employed by Vetter Medical/Fitness, Inc. He was married on April 25th, 1970 to Sandra J. Osco and cherished her companionship for 33 years. He was loved very much by his wife, their son Kenneth P. Mann and his future daughter-in-law, Kati Riegle. He is survived by his brother Tracy Mann and wife Samantha, they will also miss him. As well, all of his special nieces and nephews; Fallon, Gazel, Phillip, Justin, John and Nick are saddened by his passing. Bugsy, his loyal companion, will miss him tremendously. His parents, Helen and Kenny L. Mann Sr., and a sister, Mary Jo Fullerton preceded him in death. Family and friends may call at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 20, 2004, from 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at 1 :00 p.m. with Rev. Gordon Ruggles of the Union Avenue United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment, with military honors provided by the Alliance American Legion Post 166 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1036, will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
