Kathryn D. Scriven's Obituary
Kathryn D. Scriven, 89, of Alliance, died on Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at 8:15 a.m. at Community Care Center. Born in Alliance on December 17, 1915, she lived all of her life in Alliance. Mrs. Scriven attended the First Christian Church in Alliance and retired from Jay s Food Market where she had been employed in the Deli Department.. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Kay Scriven of Alliance; a son, Robert J. Scriven of Leetonia; one granddaughter; a sister, Martha C. Kraft of Colton, Ca.; two brothers, Martin A. David of LaQuinta, Ca., and Adam R. David of Temecula, Ca.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin A. and Katherine (Road) David; and two sisters, Helen Radakovich and Minnie Russe. Mrs. Scriven requested that there were to be no services or calling hours. Arrangements are being handled by the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
