Karl P. Reinhardt's Obituary
Karl P. Reinhardt, 72, of Alliance, died on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 2:50 p.m. at Community Care Center. He was born on July 8, 1939 and lived in Alliance most of his life. Mr. Reinhardt served our country in the U. S. Army. He retired from General Motors, Lordstown Fabricating Plant, where he was employed as a pattern & die maker. Karl was a member of UAW Local 1714 and of the B.P.O. Elks, Lodge 467. In his past-time, he enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing. He leaves behind his family, Lottie Doringo, of Alliance and her children, Linda (Joe) Ciotti of Boardman, OH, Roger (Claudia) Doringo of Alliance, Diana (Russell) Austin of Alliance, Donna (Ross) Rocci of Chesterland, OH; and several grandchildren. He is also survived by an aunt, Frieda Sabella of CA; a niece, Pauleisha (Art) Russo of Brook Park, OH; and his beloved dog, Buddy. Preceding him in death were his parents, Paul and Vida (Smith) Reinhardt; and a brother, Keith Reinhardt. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Joe Peters, officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park. Karl s family would give special thanks to his good friend, Terry Baddeley; to his physicians, Ferdinando Cortese, Abdul Basit, John Thompson, Joseph Parambil and Kevin Stephans; and also to the staff at Community Care Center.
