Joseph M. Alford, 67, of Alliance, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 4:40 pm at McCrea Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Alliance.
Born on July 14, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to Franklin W. and Thelma (Burgan) Alford, he lived in Alliance for the past 23 years.
Joseph was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a self-employed auto mechanic.
Survivors include his son, Richard Alford of Alliance.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Laura L. (Syme) Alford, whom he married on August 28, 1983 and died on June 20, 2011; and his parents.
