John P. Yoho 's Obituary
John Paul Yoho, 56, of Alliance, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 after a short battle with cancer.
He was born on July 1, 1959 in Alliance, Ohio to Gerald W. and Geraldine (Stitt) Yoho and lived in Alliance all of his life.
A graduate of Marlington High School, he received an associate degree from Stark State College. He was employed by Columbus McKinnon in Salem, Ohio.
John was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. John loved his many years of coaching his daughters in softball.
Survivors include his wife, Eva (Postiy) Yoho of Alliance, Ohio; two daughters, Sydney Yoho and Paige Yoho, both of Alliance; his father, Gerald Yoho of Alliance; two sisters, Linda Irons of Belleview, Ohio, and Julia Crawford of Canton, Ohio; his dearest friend & nephew, Joshua Early; five additional nephews, Jerrod Dickson, Michael Postiy, Zach Postiy, Tyler Postiy, Logan Crawford; and two nieces, Emilee Postiy and Maria Postiy.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Geraldine Stitt; and a sister, Karen L. Yoho.
Friends may pay their respects on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, with Rev. Marty Radcliff, of Sebring Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
