John Norman Briden, Sr.'s Obituary
John Norman Briden, Sr., 88, of Alliance, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at 11:55 p.m. at Salem Community Hospital. He was born on February 21, 1921 in Cleveland to the late Alvin Joseph and Catherine (Gessler) Briden. John lived most of his life in Alliance. A U. S. Navy veteran of World War II, he retired from Morgan Engineering where he was employed in the tool room. John was a member of the V.F.W. and the Christopher Columbus. Per John s request there were no calling hours or services. Burial took place at Highland Memorial Park.
