Jocelyn Kelsey Walton, infant daughter of Brandy L. Seem and Roheen J. Walton, died at 3:25 a.m. on August 13, 2004 at Alliance Community Hospital. Private services will be held. There are no calling hours. The Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
