Joanne Douglas-Broskie's Obituary
Joanne (Oreskovich) Douglas-Broskie, 82, of Beloit, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Born on May 5, 1943 in Ravenna, to John and Margaret (Tonkovich) Oreskovich, she lived in Beloit for most of her life.
A 1960 graduate of Atwater High School, Joanne was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.
She enjoyed crocheting and taking care of animals. She will be remembered as a loving mom, grandma and great grandma.
Survivors include her two daughters, Jennifer Conny of Beloit and Stephanie (Christopher) Madeline of Stafford, VA; her son, Michael (Pam) Douglas of Beloit; seven grandchildren, Julia (Tate) Ray, Rachel (Chad) Raber, Michael (Mikayla) Douglas, Matthew Douglas, Kayla (Jacob) Mummert, Roman (Monica) Madeline and Mason (Jacqueline) Madeline; seven great-grandchildren, Braxton, Lane, Tatum, Brynlee, Aurora, Samuel and Graham; and three sisters, Phyllis, Mary and Jean.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert Broskie; her parents; and her brother, John.
A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held. Burial will immediately follow at Grandview Cemetery.
