Jeffrey Scott Durenda's Obituary
Jeffrey Scott Durenda, 41, of Ravenna, died on Monday, October 31, 2005, at 10:13 p.m. at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Born in Akron on March 14, 1964, he graduated from Alliance High School and had lived in Alliance most of his life. Jeffrey was a self-employed painter and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is survived by a daughter, Linsey of Alliance; four sons, Jeremy of Alliance, Jason of the home, Josh and Zachary, both of Alliance; two sisters, Louise "Cricket" Buck of Alliance and Sandy Marx of St. Augustine, FL; three brothers, Gerry, Larry, and Jerry Durenda, all of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Boots (Shutler) Durenda. Private family services will be held with Pastor Rick Sams officiating. There will be no calling hours. Internment will follow at Alliance City Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
