Ida Marie Pilmer's Obituary
Ida Marie (Daily) Pilmer, 98, of Salem, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:20 am at Auburn Skilled Nursing Center in Salem, Ohio.
Born on February 19, 1924 in Fairhope, Ohio to John and Maria (Franzo) Daily, she lived in Homeworth most of her life.
Ida was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the AARP.
Ida was an avid bowler and enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians
Survivors include her grandson, Michael (Leann Arant) Loy of Lancaster, SC; three great-grandchildren, Kaytlin Walker, Tyler (Ashley) Hodges and Tim (Hope) Hodges: three great-great grandchildren, Hannah Hodges, Draco Weston and Asher Weston; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, John F. Pilmer; her parents; her daughter, Linda Loy; her granddaughter, Sandra Loy; four brothers, Ralph J. Daily, Alfred Daily, Albert Daily and Dominic Digeralamo; and two sisters, Ruth Lanza and Violet Digeralamo.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
