Helen L. (Luginbuhl) Sanor-Boyer's Obituary
Helen L. (Luginbuhl) Sanor-Boyer, 90, of Alliance, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 4:08 p.m. Born on May 29, 1922 in Alliance, she lived here all of her life. A 1939 graduate of Alliance High School, she was a member of the Reading Church of the Brethren. She retired from the Penn-Central / Conrail Railroad Co., where she was employed as a clerk. In her past-time, she enjoyed flying airplanes and traveling; which included visiting all seven continents. Helen was a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association since 1946. Survivors include her husband, Olen E. Boyer, whom she married on October 4, 1985; a step-daughter, Mrs. Russell "Judith" Puhl of Alliance; two granddaughters, Linda Taylor of Lakewood and Kathy Snyder of Canton; and several cousins. Preceding her in death was her first husband, Milan Sanor on May 26, 1981, whom she married on February 14, 1975; and her parents, A.A. and Mary (LeFever) Luginbuhl; and a sister, Bertha Mae Marple. As per Helen s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements are by the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home, 1000 S. Union Avenue, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
