Helen McNulty's Obituary
Helen Byers McNulty, 93, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 12:14 pm at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio.
Born on November 22, 1930 in Szeged, Hungary, to Alexander and Juliana (Radi) Zavara, she lived in the Atwater and Alliance areas for most of her life.
Helen was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church.
She attended Edinburg High School and was employed at Alliance Manufacturing Co. as a Press Operator for over 12 years.
Helen loved to play cards, bingo, shop and travel. She especially loved to visit friends and joke around.
Survivors include her son, Walter Byers of Alliance; a sister, Juliana Guest of Ocala, FL; a brother, Alexander Zavara of Atwater; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her parents; her first husband, Walter Byers; her second husband, Hugh McNulty; her son, George Byers; her daughter, Betty Norman; a daughter-in-law, Paula Byers; and a sister, Mary Zavara.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
