Helen L. Hartman's Obituary
Helen L. (Ritchey) Hartman, 64, of Deerfield, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 10:00 pm at St. Elizabeth Mercy Health in Youngstown.
Born on November 28, 1952 in Salem, to Rollan and Mildred Mae (Hawn) Ritchey, she lived in Deerfield for most of her life.
A 1971 graduate of Salem High School, Helen attended Western Reserve United Methodist Church and was a member of the American Kidney Fund.
Helen enjoyed mowing the grass, antiquing, and especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include her son, Robert L. (Danielle) Hartman of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Alex, Makenzee, Ryan, Kayden, Courtney, Rune, Merric, Jordan and Jared; her extended grandchildren, Anthony, Olivia, Brooke, Chris and Christopher; her fiance, Jake Kaminski of Deerfield; two sisters, Linda (Bill) Taylor and Carol Evans; a brother, Rolly (Sue) Ritchey; special friends, Roy (Karen) Shook, Sherry (Chris) Pater, Shelly (Chuck) Colucci, Roy Shook III and Katherine Shook; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert F. Hartman; her parents; a brother, Larry Ritchey; and a sister, Betty Crawford.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 11:00 am. at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Deerfield Cemetery.
