Helen M. Frank's Obituary
Helen M. (Haessly) Frank, 94, of Beloit, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 3:20 am at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on December 15, 1927 in Salem, to Lawrence and Nora (Stroup) Haessly, she lived in Beloit for most of her life.
Helen was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church where she volunteered making pierogies, cooking for funeral lunches and was a member of the prayer chain.
Helen was a bookkeeper at Transue & Williams for many years.
Helen enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafting, and playing cards. She was an accomplished seamstress and clothing designer. Her family was very important to her.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Kimberly Begley of Powell, OH; her great-grandson, Dean (Mandy) Begley of Louisville, KY; a great-great-grandson, Zachary Begley; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Bernard H. Frank, whom she married on April 15, 1950 and died on June 20, 2013; her daughter, Kathleen Howard; her parents; a sister, Mary Haessly; and a brother, Walter Haessly.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am with Rev. G. David Weikart, as celebrant. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
