Helen L. Chernikovich's Obituary
Helen Louise Chernikovich, 87, of Sebring, was born into eternal life on Friday, October 20, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. She was born on September 4, 1919 in Johnstown, PA and lived in Alliance for over 60 years. Helen is a current member of St. Ann s Catholic Church in Sebring and was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alliance. She was also a former member of St. Joseph s Altar & Rosary Society. She retired from the Alliance Manufacturing Co. She is survived by two daughters; Ann (Gary) Conrad of Sebring and Louise (John) Nees of Louisville; two grandchildren, Nathaniel and Amanda; two brothers, William Estock of New Castle, PA and Emil Estock of California; several nieces & nephews; and several great nieces & nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Joseph Michael Chernikovich on May 25, 1995 (they were married on May 4, 1946); a son, Joseph; and several sisters and brothers. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, 2006, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Monday, October 23, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Donald L. Feicht as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
