Hazel O. Lenigar's Obituary
Hazel O. Lenigar, 89, of Alliance, passed away on Thursday, August, 1, 2013 at 11:03 p.m. at Salem Community Hospital. Born on June 8, 1924 in Hartville, she lived in Alliance most of her life, and was a graduate of Hartville High School. She was a member of the Alliance Baptist Temple and was previously employed at Alliance Manufacturing. In her past-time, she enjoyed gardening. Survivors include a son, Richard (Joyce) Elliott of Columbiana; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Akins of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Jesse Lenigar; her husband, Dan Shull; two sons, Ralph Brumbaugh and Ronald Elliott; her parents, Jesse and Gladys (Boone) Brumbaugh; and five sisters and brothers. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Monday, August 5, 2013 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Her funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jay Radman of Lord s Community Church in East Liverpool, officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
