Grace M. Welsh's Obituary
Grace M. Welsh, 91, of Alliance, died on Thursday, June 28, 2007, at 12:50 p.m. at McCrea Manor. She was born on December 16, 1915 in East Rochester, OH, and lived in the Alliance area most of her life. She is survived by a daughter, Darleen (Gerald) Packey of Alliance; a son, David (Cathy) Welsh of Alliance; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon M. Welsh on October 30, 1974; a great-grandchild; her parents, Charles and Effie (Betz) Henry; three sisters, Helen Copper, Pauline DeLong; and Geraldine McMahon; and a brother, Frank Henry. Funeral services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. with the Pastor Rick Sams of the First Friends Church officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
