Geneva N. McClure's Obituary
Geneva N. (Blake) McClure, 83, of Alliance, passed away with her family by her side on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 8:35 am at her home in Alliance.
Born on June 13, 1935 in Cameron, West Virginia to Harry and Nellie (Gilbert) Blake, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
She attended Christ United Methodist Church.
Geneva loved reading, walking, shopping and taking care of her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheila (Chuck) Jones of Louisville; her son, Roger A. McClure of Alliance; three grandchildren, Dylan Jones, Megan Jones and Cody Wilson; three sisters, Mary Vogel, Katie Lang and Barbara Payton; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert B. McClure, whom she married on July 20, 1957 and who died on August 31, 2013; her son, John Robert McClure; her parents; and four brothers.
A Private Funeral Service will be held. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Fraternal Order of Police.
