Gale Lee "Pee Wee" Zickefoose's Obituary
Gale Lee "Pee Wee" Zickefoose, 41 of Alliance, died on Wednesday, August 20, 2003, at Alliance Community Hospital following a motorcycle accident. Born in Buckhannon, West Virginia on May 5, 1962, he had been a resident of Alliance most of his life and was employed at Proteck LTD as a truck driver for many years. Pee Wee enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Sun Coast Motorcycle Club, and the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #362. He is survived by his ex-wife, Lela M. Yoho Zickefoose of Alliance; a son, Joseph L. Zickefoose of Alliance; his parents, Robert K. and Margie (Lanham) Zickefoose of Alliance; his grandmother, Janie Lanham of Buckhannon, WV; his grandfather, Encil Zickefoose of Buckhannon, WV; a sister, Helen Marshall of Alliance; three brothers, Robert L., Carl W., and Marvin K. Zickefoose, all of Alliance; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, August 22, 2003, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 23, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. Internment will follow at Alliance City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
