Florence N. "Flo" Crestani's Obituary
Florence N. "Flo" (Serocki) Crestani, 95, of Alliance, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 3:30 pm at Community Care Center in Alliance, Ohio.
Born on October 28, 1922 in Sherman, Illinois to William and Louise (Delia) Serocki, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
Florence was member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and was a member of the Alliance Senior Center and a lifetime member of the Dante Alighieri Society.
Florence was a self-employed beautician and had also worked at Alliance Manufacturing and at Canterbury Villa as Assistant Activities Director.
Florence enjoyed dancing with her husband.
Survivors include her daughter, Patti Bycraft of Alliance; her son, Marco (Kathy) Crestani Jr. of Alliance; five grandchildren, Joe (Katherine) Crestani, Jeff (Fely) Crestani, Kim Crestani, Kelly (Joe) Ollis and Carrie Bycraft; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Marco Crestani, whom she married on November 30, 1942 and who died on January 23, 2007; her parents; seven sisters, Julia Marconi, Mary Vignali, Amelia Binius, Edith Stanciu, Elizabeth Cook, Josephine Serocki and Joanne Serocki; four brothers, Pete, Frank, William, and Fred Marconi.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 25, 2018, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Joseph Ruggieri, as celebrant. Entombment will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
