Evelyn Gribble 's Obituary
Evelyn (Olesky) Gribble, 81, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at her home.
Born on May 28, 1936 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania to Louis and Mary (Smulsky) Olesky, she lived in Alliance for most of her life.
Evelyn was retired from Stern & Mann's as a Salesperson.
Evelyn loved to read, bowl, golf, play cards with family, spend time with her grandchildren, and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cavs fan.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Tack of Alliance; two sons, Alan (Mary) Gribble of N. Canton and Bill (Cheryl) Gribble of Carmel, IN; seven grandchildren, Andy, Matt, Nicole, Bobby, Lexi, Juli and Tess; a sister, Shirley Cherok; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters, Dorothy Mekovich and Helen Dorazio; five brothers, Louis Jr., Raymond, Edward, Thomas and Rick Olesky.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
A Private Service will be held on Saturday. Burial will immediately follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
