Eva L. Barker's Obituary
Eva L. Barker, 88, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital.
Born on July 23, 1934 in Delaware, Ohio to Lewis and Eva Marie (Vining) Kimble, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
Eva was a member of Alliance Baptist Temple.
She enjoyed word find puzzles, watching tv, and taking walks.
Survivors include her daughter, Eva Marie (Charlie Prather) Neumann of Alliance; two sons, Roger L. (Cathy) Barker of North Benton and Louie Barker of Ocala, FL; her daughter-in-law, Alice Barker of North Georgetown; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Harold R. Barker; her son, Michael Barker; four brothers; six sisters; and her parents.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am with Rev. Randy Payne, of Alliance Baptist Temple, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
