Ethel (Bacon) Krabill's Obituary
Ethel (Bacon) Krabill, of Alliance, died on Friday, July 22, 2005, at 3:01 p.m. at Aultman Hospital in Canton. She was born in Alliance on November 9, 1922, and had lived most of her life in Alliance. A graduate of Minerva High School, she had been employed at the former First National City Bank in the Consumer Loan Department. Mrs. Krabill was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church in Paris, Ohio. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by a daughter, Kandice (Carl A.) Moore of Alliance; a son, Randy Krabill of Homeworth; one granddaughter, Janel Randi Moore; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall "Pop" Krabill on May 2, 1999, they were married on June 7, 1942; her parents, Koyt and Bertha (Bowman) Bacon; two sisters, Thelma Keifer and Roma Valentine; and a brother, Willis Bacon. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 27, 2005, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Greenlawn Cemetery in Paris, Ohio.
