Eric B. Definbaugh's Obituary
Eric Blaine Definbaugh, 35, of Homeworth, passed away on Tuesday. July 5, 2011 at 6:45 p.m. at his father s home, after a courageous four month battle from pancreatic cancer. He was born on May 5, 1976 in Alliance and lived in Alliance area all of his life. He was a 1994 graduate of Marlington High School. He had been employed at Chilson s Body Shop as a mechanic and body man. In his past-time, he enjoyed restoring old cars and working in his garden to grow the great pumpkin. He also thoroughly enjoyed decorating for Christmas, especially lighting everything. He is survived by two daughters, Madison and Mya and a soon to be expected daughter, Fenix Belle; a son, Gage; his father, John "Greg" Definbaugh of Beloit; his mother, Cheryl (Verlynn) Witte of The Villages, FL; his grandfather, Charles Gang of Alliance; a sister, Mandy (Josh) Skinner of Beloit; his fiance, Megan Blymiller of Homeworth; two nieces, Karah and Kiersten; many cousins, aunts & uncles; and a host of many friends. Preceding him in death was a sister, Angela Megan Definbaugh; grandparents, Jack and Rosie Definbaugh; Patricia Worley. Per his request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
