Elsie J. Falcone 's Obituary
Elsie J. (Peloso) Falcone, 82, of Alliance, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at her home in Alliance, surrounded by her family.
Born on January 29, 1934 in Irondale, Ohio to Earl F. and Gazella E. (Goleno) Peloso, she lived in Alliance for most of her life and had resided at Berlin Lake from 1986 -2011.
Elsie was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a 1952 graduate of Alliance High School.
Elsie was last employed at Alliance City Schools as a cook and cafeteria worker.
She was a member of Catholic Women's Club, Altar & Rosary Society, Christian Womens United (CWU), former Ladies of the Dante Alighieri Society, Alliance City Schools Cafeteria Retirees & the Elite Group.
Elsie enjoyed cooking, crafting, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia (Rodney) Clarkson of Minerva, OH, Marcia (Paul) Domino of Alliance, OH, Suzanne (Tim) Hahn of Alliance, OH; two sons, Vincent (Jacqueline) Falcone of Canton, OH, Jerald Falcone of Alliance, OH; ten grandchildren, Jessamyn (Michael Lehane) Falcone, Lindsey Franco, Benjamin Clarkson, Michael Domino, Matthew (Ann) Domino, Christopher Domino, Joshua Hahn, Lauren (Jason Hoover) Hahn, Nicolas Falcone, Samuel Falcone; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Franco, Finn Lehane; two sisters, Diana (John) Priselac of Alliance, OH, Loretta (William) Offenbecher of Alliance, OH; brother-in-law, Joseph (Nell) Falcone of North Canton; sister-in-law, Victoria (Don) Seacrist of Alliance; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Silvester Falcone, whom she married on June 28, 1952 and died on September 25, 2003; a son, Steven Falcone; parents, Earl F. and Gazella E. Peloso; and brother, Joseph B. Peloso.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home; and also on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Matthew J. Mankowski, as celebrant. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
