Hi Ed, I learned about your father’s death through my mother, Dorothy Oyster, who still lives independently in an apartment in Alliance. Please accept my condolences for your loss. Though I know you will miss him, it was uplifting to read in the paper about his long active life. Was great to learn that you and Gaye have a family that continues to grow as well as continue the family name. May the Lord comfort you and yours in the moments of sadness that ensue and shower you with joy in the fond memories you ponder. God bless you all,

PS. Should you and Gaye get to Alliance at some point, please let us know. We are generally there helping mother at least once a month. Moving around so much with Mikes USAF career made it hard to keep track of childhood friends and neighbors. Is a privilege for me to be able to reach out to you now.
