Dr. L. Marazza's Obituary
Dr. Lawrence L. Marazza, 78, of Novelty, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
He was born on August 22, 1943 in Alliance, to James V. and Bernice (Bowser) Marazza.
A graduate of Alliance High School, he also graduated from Mount Union College where he obtained his Doctorate Degree.
Dr. Marazza was named a "Distinguished Graduate in Teacher Education" by Mount Union College.
He was also a Professional Fellow with the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University.
In addition to authoring “The 5 Essentials of Organizational Excellence,” he was a contributing author to “The Power of Public Engagement: A Beacon of Hope for America's Schools.”
Lawrence enjoyed sailing, traveling and gardening.
Survivors include his brother, James R. (Barbara) Marazza of Avon Park, FL; nephew, Mark (Karan) Marazza of Massillon; niece, Jodi (Tommy) Borne of Lake Havasu City, AZ; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceding him in death was his parents.
His Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
