Dorothy M. Nagle's Obituary
Dorothy M. Nagle, 75, of Alliance, died on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at 5:50 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital. She was born on December 4, 1932 in Hebron, OH, and lived in Alliance for 40 years and was a member of the Atwater Nazarene Church. Mrs. Nagle retired from the College Plaza Lanes where she worked in customer service. And was a member of the Stark County Bowlers Hall of Fame. She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Papic of Alliance and Sandra (Wayne) Forster of Alliance; a son, Steven (Brenda) Nagle of Alliance; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary VanDyne of Atwater, Nancy Dufford of Atwater and Ruth Hill of Ravenna; a brother, Chuck Dufford of Stuttgart, AR; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband Theodore R. "Ted" Nagle on December 4, 2007, whom she married on December 3, 1950; a son, Ronald Nagle; her parents, Frank and Nina Dufford; a sister, Barbara Myers; and a brother Robert Dufford. A Memorial service will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Neil H. Taylor of the Atwater Nazarene Church, officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment will take place at Alliance City Cemetery.
