Dorothy J. Lane's Obituary
Dorothy J. Lane, 78, of Alliance died on Sunday, October 22, 2006, at 7:00 a.m. at her home. Dorothy was born on May 13, 1928 in Alliance, and lived in Alliance all of her life. She was a former member of the First Christian Church. She is survived by her son, Phillip J. Lane of the Alliance area; a grandson, Jason Lane; and a granddaughter, Jean Lane. Mrs. Lane was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil C. Lane, Sr.; a son, Cecil C. Lane, Jr.; her parents, John Otis and Hazel (Morganthaler) Bourne; a half sister, Mildred Seibert; two brothers, Donald Bourne and Paul John Bourne and a half brother, Floyd Bourne. Per her wishes, there will be no services or calling hours.
