Dorothy Louise Hill's Obituary
Dorothy Louise Hill, 70, of Alliance, died on Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Altercare of Alliance. Born in Wayne Township, Columbiana Co., Ohio, on January 10, 1934, she lived most of her life in the Salem area. Mrs. Hill was a member of the First Christian Church in Columbus, Ohio and had been a nursing assistant in various area nursing homes. She is survived by a sister, Velma Mae Main of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Susan (Wilcox) Hill; a sister, Martha Hahn and two brothers, Dwight Hill and Lawrence Hill. A Memorial Service will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, July 1, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Peters officiating. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 925 S. Main Street, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
