Dorothy G. "Dot" Frank's Obituary
Dorothy G. "Dot" Frank, 73, of Alliance, died on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at 6:54 a.m. at Mercy Medical Center. Born on June 16, 1936 in Wellston, she lived in Alliance most of her life and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mrs. Frank retired from the Alliance Public Schools. In younger days, Dorothy enjoyed bowling. More recently she liked to read and care for her pets. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Roger A. Frank whom she married on May 28, 1960; three children, Jeffrey S. (Debbie) Frank of Homeworth, Andrew M. Frank of Sebring and Lori M. (Bill) Faudree of Alliance; five grandchildren; a sister, Faye Winkler of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, Jake and Sally (McCann) Moler; and two brothers, Jim and Tim Moler. Funeral services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, September 18, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Donald L. Feicht of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
