Doris Jeswald 's Obituary
Doris (Pauli) Jeswald, 91, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 3:45 am at Community Care Center in Alliance.
Born on December 25, 1926 in Alliance to Emil and Falista (Schneider) Pauli, she lived in Alliance all of her life.
A 1944 Alliance High School graduate, Doris was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maximo.
Her joy in life was being a wife and mother.
Survivors include her two daughters, Lynette (Ronald) Gruber of Columbus, OH, Paula "PJ" (Thomas) Brown of Alliance, OH; and her son, J. Christopher (Kathleen) Jeswald of Walnut Creek, CA; eight grandchildren, Laura (Phil) Stearns, Matthew (Anne) Brown, Sara (John) Cooper, Alyssa Jeswald, Nicole Jeswald, Jessica Jeswald, Tessa Jeswald and Giovanna Jeswald; eight great-grandchildren, Alex, Kyle and Erik Stearns, Adam, Evan and Faith Brown, and Liam and Luke Cooper; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband Patrick H. Jeswald, whom she married on January 18, 1947 and who died on March 11, 1996; her parents; two sisters, Ruth Sabatino and Helen Bilby; and her grandson, Kevin Brown.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at Regina Coeli Catholic Church. Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 am with Rev. Joseph Ruggieri, as celebrant. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
