Dora Albright's Obituary
Dora Albright, 96, of 11 Fernwood Blvd., Alliance, died on Friday, March 18, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. at McCrea Manor. Mrs. Albright was born in Pennsylvania on August 27, 1908, and lived in Alliance for the last 20 years. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. Dora is survived by a daughter, Grace (Russell) McNeal of Alliance; a son, Ron (Carol) Albright of Scio; eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; a sister, Florence Albright of Beloit; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 55 years, Howard Albright who died October 3, 1990; a son, Archie Albright; two grandsons, Bob and Gary; her parents, Arch and Gertrude (Cox) Van Kirk; three sisters, Essie Mankins, Grace Bartram, and Ruth Albright; and two brothers, William Van Kirk and Abraham "Bud" Van Kirk. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10:00 - 1100 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Internment will follow at the Perrysville Cemetery in Perrysville, Ohio.
