Delores A. Zufall's Obituary
Delores A. Zufall, 70, of Tampa, FL, died on Friday, February 11, 2005, at 6:55 p.m., at her residence. She was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on July 24, 1934 to Troy and Agnes A. (Winters) Snyder, and had lived in Alliance for nearly 45 years prior to retiring in Florida. She and her husband David were the former owners of Sun Valley Nursing Home. While living in Alliance, Delores was a member of Christ United Methodist Church; a member in the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 296, Alliance Ladies Shrine Club, and Kadesh Court No. 19. Survivors include her son, Darwin of Tampa, FL; daughter, DeAnn of Newtown, CT; brother, Eugene Snyder of Canton; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, David A. Zufall; her sister, Linda Allawat; and brother, Edward Snyder. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Hugh Hookway, Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Canton, Ohio.
