Deirdre R. Zink's Obituary
Deirdre R. (Welch) Zink, 74, of Alliance, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 8:53 am at Select Specialty Hospital in Canton, Ohio.
Born on April 9, 1951 in Alliance to Melvin and Dorothy Rose (Mackall) Welch, she lived in Alliance all of her life.
A graduate of West Branch High School, she was employed at Q92 Radio Station as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for 50 years.
Deirdre enjoyed cross stitching, working in the yard, the Pittsburgh Steelers and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Jason Zink of Alliance; three grandchildren, Lucas Zink, Morgan Zink, and Olivia Zink; a niece, Tina and a nephew, Trevor.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and a sister, Daphne R. Connell.
There will be no funeral services held.
