Debra Retterer's Obituary
Debra Retterer, 62, of Alliance, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013, at McCrea Manor. Born on August 28, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she lived in Alliance most of her life. A graduate of Alliance High School, she retired from the University of Mt. Union, where she was employed in their office. Debra was a member of Mt. Union Women s Club. In her past-time, she enjoyed her dog, crocheting and knitting. Survivors include her father, Lewis Retterer of Alliance; sister, Carol Davis of Alliance; brother, Norman Retterer of Ruffin, SC; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her mother, Edith P. (Whipple) Retterer; and brother-in-law, Russell Davis. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Friday, February 15, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Marty Cash-Burless of University of Mt. Union officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Russell, PA.
