Deborah Rose Santee's Obituary
Deborah Rose Santee, 50, of 5117 Picador Rd, Carrollton, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 24, 2002, at her home. Born in Alliance on May 25, 1951, she had lived most all of her life in the Alliance area, moving to Carrollton in 1994. Mrs. Santee was involved for many years in helping the Cub Scouts in Alliance and had organized and directed their Camp Days program. Survivors include her husband, Duane E. Santee, whom she married on June 30, 1973; two sons, Clinton H. Santee and Gary E. Santee, both of Carrollton; three grandchildren, Daniel, Brittany and Cody; a sister, Darlene M. Sample of Carrollton; a brother, Donald H. Eye of Alliance; several nieces, nephews; great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents, Harold H. and Theresa Rose (Zwick) Eye; and a brother, Dennis W. Eye. The family will receive friends at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 29, 2002, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, May 30, 2002, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Robert Rowley of the Believers Christian Church in Salem, officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
