David A. Toole's Obituary
David A. Toole, 67, of Minerva, was set free from cancer on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at his home in Minerva surrounded by his family.
Born on October 18, 1955 in Alliance, to the late Arlie and Lydia (Stewart) Toole, he lived in the Alliance area for most of his life.
A 1974 graduate of West Branch High School, David was employed at Ashland / Marathon Petroleum in Canton as a Project Coordinator for over 35 years.
David enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and gardening. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
There are not enough adjectives to describe Dave; kind, gentle, brilliant, talented, strong, faithful, witty and smart.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou (Fausnight) Toole, whom he married on September 27, 1996; two sons, Jeremy (Erin) Toole and Kevin Reed; two daughters, Pamela Coffman and Amy Doty; seven grandchildren, Rachel, Harvey, Jeremy Jr., Abigayle, Chelsea, Danielle and Arlee; a sister, Ruth Dyke; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home.
His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
