David L. Gammon's Obituary
David L. Gammon, 75, of Louisville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 3:18 am at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton.
Born on July 2, 1950 in Alliance to Robert and Violetta (Puckett) Gammon, he lived in Alliance for most of his life.
A 1968 graduate of Alliance High School, David was a member of The Chapel in Marlboro.
David was employed at Sommers Construction for over 30 years.
David loved gardening and reading.
Survivors include his wife, Valerie (Gaba) Gammon, whom he married on September 17, 2002; three brothers, Darrell Gammon of Alliance, Douglas (Cheryl) Gammon of Hartville and Darren (Donna) Gammon of Waxhaw, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his son, Gregory Gammon; and his parents.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at The Chapel In Marlboro. His Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Joel Cochran officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
