David Lee Cook's Obituary
David Lee Cook, 26, of Louisville, died on Sunday, June 8, 2008, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born on August 25, 1981 in Canton, and lived in Alliance most of his life. He lived in Louisville for the past four years. A 1999 graduate of Alliance High School, David was employed by American Spring Wire in Bedford Heights. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially loved playing with his son. He loved to hunt, fish and golf. David is survived by his wife, Megan (Bugara) Cook whom he married on October 11, 2003; a son, Damon Cook of the home; his mother and step-father, Brenda (Ford) and Chuck Vesely of Louisville; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Beth Bugara of Alliance; grandparents, Paul and Betty (Day) Cook; a brother, Jason (Georgiana) Cook of Marlboro; a niece, Nicole and a nephew, Cody; and aunts and uncles, Cliff (Dana) Cook, Kay (Carl) Shover, Gene (Peggy) Ford, Robert (Janice) Ford, Steven Ford and Roger Ford. Preceding him in death was his father, Paul H. Cook on March 13, 2008; and grandparents, William and Rheada Ford. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Dave Holibaugh of Marlboro Assembly of God officiating. Interment will follow at Marlboro Cemetery.
