Dale Tuel's Obituary
Dale Tuel, 72, of Alliance, passed away at the Cleveland Clinic with his family by his side on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 5:43 pm.
Born on November 3, 1945 in Alliance, Ohio to Ronald and Florence (Pilmer) Tuel, he lived in Alliance for all of his life.
Dale was affiliated with Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church in Homeworth and the Open Door Baptist Church in North Canton.
A 1963 graduate of West Branch High School, he also graduated from Salem School of Technology in 1965.
He was veteran of the Vietnam War, serving our country in the U.S. Army.
Dale was the owner of Dale's Cuda Shop and retired on July 1, 2011 after 30 years.
He was a member of the National Street Rod Association, and Dale’s passion was building street rods.
Survivors include his wife, Pat (Whitmer) Tuel, whom he married on September 1, 1968. Dale and Pat were 74 days from celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Also surviving is his son, Charlie (Bethanne) Tuel of Beloit; his daughter, Rhonda (Jon) Tuel of Naples, FL; five grandchildren, Holly, Brandon, Paisley, Paden and Aly; “adopted” grandson, Tyler; three step-grandchildren, Brittany, Brittany and Lauren; his mother, Florence Tuel; a brother, Dave (Treva) Tuel of Alliance; and his dog, Sadie.
Preceding him in death were his father, Ronald Tuel; and his dog, Toby.
Per his request, cremation has taken place and there will be no Calling Hours.
