Cynthia "Cindy" Booth's Obituary
Cynthia "Cindy" Blevins Booth, 74, of Atwater, passed away and went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 12:49 am at her home in Atwater, Ohio.
Born on April 16, 1951 in Grahn, Ky to Everett and Marjorie (Mosier) Blevins, she lived in Atwater for most of her life.
Cindy was a member of New Hope Church of God.
A 1969 graduate of Marlington High School, Cindy was employed in Private Healthcare and with Alliance Hospice as a Hospice Caregiver.
Cindy enjoyed gardening, crafting, riding the motorcycle with her husband, going to the beach, but especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Booth, whom she married on January 30, 1971; two daughters, Amy (Jeffrey) Coontz of Diamond and Angela (Stephen) Kozma of Lake Milton; her son, Edward (Alana) Booth of Atwater; four grandchildren, Autumn (Austyn) Shelton, Lucas Kozma, Colton Booth and Baylee Booth; four great-grandchildren, Cooper, Bennett, Stella and Sadie (due in February 2026); a sister, Darlene (Bryan) Ritchie; a brother, Wally (Debbie) Belvins; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her parents; an infant sister, Myrtle Ann; and two brothers, James and Ted Blevins.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Brandon Wilbur, of New Hope Church of God, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Highland Memorial Park.
