Constance (Givens) Murphy's Obituary
Constance (Givens) Murphy, 75, of Alliance, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Laurels of Massillon.
Born on December 21, 1940 in Marlboro, to Ralph and Dorothy (Lare) Givens, she lived in Alliance for most of her life and was a graduate of Alliance High School.
Constance retired from the Hoover Company where she worked for over 21 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Shanda Kelley of Alliance; a granddaughter, Jade Welden of Copley; her grandson, Joel "Giuseppe" Welden of Canton; a sister, Rhonda (Lenny) Altimore of Massillon; two brothers, Robert and Rodney Givens both of Alliance; and a niece and nephew.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her step-mother, Shirley Givens; and a brother, Gary Stephenson.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Marlboro Cemetery Chapel, with David “Oliver” Kling, Crossroads Hospice Chaplain, officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Marlboro Cemetery.
