Connie Sue (Sweitzer) Yoho's Obituary
Connie Sue (Sweitzer) Yoho, 41, of Alliance, passed away on April 17, 2009, at 6:55 a.m. in Canton. She was born on October 13, 1967, in Salem and lived in Alliance for 18 years. Connie was a 1985 graduate of Akron East High School and was formerly was employed as a clerk at Bud s Drug Store, KB Toys, and Wendy s Restaurant. Connie liked to cook and in her past-time, she enjoyed traveling and crafts. She was family oriented and volunteered at her children s schools. She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Yoho, whom she married on July 13, 1991; two sons, Robbie (Sara Charleston) Yoho of Alliance and Quinton Yoho of Alliance; a step-daughter, Sara Yoho of Alliance; a granddaughter, Kayleigh; her parents, George and Jeannette (Firestone) Picknell of Minerva; mother-in-law, Nellie Yoho of Alliance; two sisters, Bonita Gray of East Rochester and Heidi Yeager of Alliance; three step-sisters, Shirley Wells of Bayard, Ohio, Grace Earle of S. Carolina, and Kathy Waldroup of TN; a brother, John Sweitzer, Jr. of Niles; two step-brothers, Donald Picknell and Roger Picknell, both of Minerva; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded death by two sons, Zachiary Yoho and Michael Yoho; and her father-in-law, Robert N. Yoho. The family will receive friends at Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Alliance City Cemetery.
